It was a snowy day… no really it was! When we got hit with all that snow this winter, I knew it was going to be a white one. Kathy and Stephen met me at Deer Lake Park, where Stephen has many memories of. He grew up near the area and thought what better place than the scenic and beautiful lake and its surroundings? Personally, I hadn’t been back in ages to this gorgeous spot. We lucked out with the dry weather, even though the white stuff was still on the ground! We also had a surprise visitor… the fog must have rolled in that morning. I pulled into the parking lot thinking, “Wow! This fog is so thick, I hope we can see through it!” So what did we do? Just wait a little for it to lift… and that’s when we got photos like these.
